We help schedule interviews between the client and the selected candidates, taking into account the availability and preferences of both parties to enable a smooth interview process. We also provide detailed interview guidance and resources to our candidates, including information on the format, expected questions, and any specific areas of focus, whilst offering tips and advice on how to effectively present themselves during the interview.
Step 6
We facilitate the negotiation process between the client and the selected candidate, acting as an intermediary to ensure a fair and satisfactory offer is made, whilst also considering the client's budget and requirements. We provide guidance and support to both parties throughout the negotiation process, helping to find a mutually beneficial agreement.
Step 7
Once the offer has been accepted, we will assist in coordinating the onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and any necessary orientation or training. We stay in touch with the candidate during their initial period in the new role, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. We will also follow up with the client to ensure satisfaction with the placement and gather feedback on the recruitment process.
